Moonlight Court grew out of an opportunity to expand what we offer at Sunroom Studio—bringing events and photography together, with a courtyard that works beautifully for both.
When Ramble closed its location, they asked us to take over their events in The Den for 2026. We began that transition around February, while continuing our photography rentals and our own photography work.
Making the space our own
We’re still at the same address, but we made a few changes to help the spaces work together. We added a hallway leading to the back room and put up a wall where the Ramble store had been. We brought in completely different furniture and filled the courtyard with more plants.
The name Moonlight Court felt like a natural companion to Sunroom Studio, with a nod to the little courtyard that helps give the space its character.
More room for gatherings and photography
The courtyard has become part of our photography space, too. This expansion gives us two spaces for events, along with the flexibility to host a gathering while photography continues in the studio.
Photography remains part of what we do. Moonlight Court gives us more room to welcome people and use the space in new ways.
A new chapter with a few familiar bookings
A few of the Den’s remaining reservations transferred to us. No staff or furnishings carried over from the Den; we furnished the space ourselves.
Moonlight Court is an expansion of Sunroom Studio, shaped around how we work today: photography, gatherings, and a courtyard with room for both.
